GThanks to twenty years of experience acquired and collaboration with its subsidiaries, INT is able to autonomously manage and carry out the prefabrication of mechanical carpentry, piping, and BOILERMAKING in its own workshops, and the subsequent assembly at the customer’s operating site.
Equipped with modular site workshops, welding equipment, and lifting equipment, INT is able to provide turnkey systems. At the end of each activity (supply and assembly), the technical documentation and certificates required by current regulations will be issued.
Structures / Carpentry
INT supplies its customers with structures in carbon steel (painted/galvanized) or stainless steel complete with all accessories (bolts, gratings, handrails, etc.). In recent years, semi-automatic machines have been introduced in the production phases of mechanical structures and carpentry to facilitate and speed up production times. A fundamental complement for maintaining a high-quality standard is the contribution of its specialized personnel, who can never be replaced by technological development.
Piping prefabrication
INT specialized in the design and manufacture of prefabricated patterned pipes used in a wide variety of applications (power, oil and gas, etc.), made from various materials (A105GRP, AISI304, AISI 316, INCONEL 600, MONEL 400, P11, P 22, P 91, etc.).
They can be either bent or welded, depending on the materials, diameters, and thicknesses. The welding processes commonly used are GTAW, SAW, FCAW, and SMAW. Every weld controlled in accordance with the quality control plan (QCP) is always accompanied by NDE and its own welding book (WPS-PQR).
Given the pressures and volumes, many of these prefabrications are sized, classified, and marked in accordance with Directive 97/23 PED.
Tank / Boilermaking (Pressure Vessels)
Upon request from its customers, INT has developed the boilermaking division, thanks to its experience in design and certification.
The certifications and consolidated processes have ensured that today the market recognizes us as the ideal partner for the realization of pressure equipment.
All equipment is marked in accordance with Directive 97/23 PED.
