Ever more demanding markets push INT customers to seek new skid-mounted solutions that reduce on-site assembly time and costs, without diminishing the quality achieved. INT’s mission is to follow and anticipate these needs, which is why, in recent years, engineering and construction capacity has been increased by studying skid/rack mounted solutions, thanks to the considerable interest shown by the customers themselves and a 3D design system that allows for an optimal result.
Instrument Racks
Whenever the goal is to install/group several instruments in a single point, receiving a finished system on site, INT manufactures open racks complete with instrumentation, manifolds, and fully wired Junction Boxes for both safe and ATEX explosion-risk areas. Also widely used by machinery manufacturers such as gas and steam turbines.
Every system will always be supplied with CE Marking (PED-ATEX-Machinery Directive-EMC-etc…).
Instrument Boxes/Cabinets
Whenever the goal is to install/group several instruments in a single point, receiving a finished system on site, INT designs and/or manufactures self-standing racks complete with instrumentation, manifolds, and Junction Boxes based on customer drawings for both safe and ATEX explosion-risk areas.
Should the open instrument rack not be suitable for the surrounding environment, either due to plant requirements or environmental reasons, INT designs and/or manufactures the same solution based on customer drawings, but complete with protective boxes made of various materials such as stainless steel, GRP, painted carbon steel, and with varying IP ratings.
Designed for ATEX explosion-risk areas and safe areas, the instrument boxes/cabinets are made for single or multi-instrument installation.
All necessary accessories for installation are supplied with each individual box, such as: Junction Box, post supports, heating cables, electric heaters, sun shields, and mechanical bulk (fittings, tubes, condensate pots).
PURGING Skid
Thanks to decade-long collaboration with the most important turbine and compressor manufacturers, INT has participated in the design and construction of various washing/purging skids, customizing them according to the end customer’s needs with the aim of optimizing performance and reducing plant operating costs.
The system can be made with stainless steel or plastic tanks.
The fluid to be injected can be heated and/or enhanced with specific detergents.
The systems can be completely autonomous via PLC management or controlled by the centralized DCS.
Gas metering Skid
The excellence achieved in the design and construction of fiscal metering equipment has allowed us to acquire the expertise to be considered, in recent years, the ideal partner for the realization of GAS CUSTODY TRANSFER METERING systems.
Our executions are made to satisfy our customers’ needs by offering the most suitable and precise solution and choosing the most appropriate technology (meter sections, turbine, ultrasonic). Our know-how extends beyond the traditional limits of engineering and process, also providing certification and service interface.
Liquid metering Skid
After many years of experience in the production of flow meters, INT decided to develop LIQUID METERING systems at the request of specific customer needs who required a single point of contact capable of offering an integrated solution regarding instrumentation, automation, and software.
The idea from the beginning has always been to create turnkey systems, also taking on the “ATEX-PED-MID” certification responsibilities of considerable importance in fiscal measurements.
