INT is expanding its product range with visual flow indicators (commonly known as the “flow indicators”), which are used to indicate the passage of a fluid through a pipe.
Available with threaded or flanged connections, they can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
For better visibility of process fluid, INT produces “special” non-standard versions:
- Movable disc
- Plastic balls
- Chain
Designed and manufactured from metallic materials (most commonly used)
- AISI 304/316/316 L
- Carbon steel
- Monel
- Duplex/superduplex
- Inconel
On request, for applications involving highly aggressive fluids, visual flow indicators can be manufactured from:
- Polypropylene (PP)
- Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
In compliance with international DIN-Ispel standards, the glasses can be selected based on temperature:
- Soda-lime glass (Tmax 150 °C)
- Borosilicate glass M15C (Tmax 250 °C)
- Borosilicate glass DIN 780 (Tmax 300 °C)
- Quartz glass (1100 °C)
