In the occasion of the International Women’s Day, our company promoted and supported an initiative about cancer prevention, by organizing a day of breast screening appointments at our premises.
The event was organized in collaboration with FIRM (International Foundation for Medical Research) and with the invaluable contribution of Dr Bottini and Dr Bodini, who offered their expertise to provide participants with an opportunity for discussion and information on a subject of fundamental importance: breast cancer prevention.
During the day, staff members and their families had the opportunity to undergo a screening and to receive useful advice in order to look after their health, in a welcoming and friendly setting. The initiative represented not only a concrete opportunity to explore important issues, but also a moment of sharing and care for the people who are part of our environment.
It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, strengthen our sense of community and, above all, raise awareness of issues that affect us all closely.
The turnout and the positive feedback received confirm just how important it is to keep on promoting initiatives of this kind, which combine information, prevention and a focus on people’s wellbeing.
